Checkout and pricing

Prices are displayed in Kenyan shillings. The server calculates product totals and delivery fees and checks stock.

Payments and reservations

You can pay on delivery. Your items are reserved as soon as you place the order. Where an online payment is offered, an unpaid order reserves its stock for up to 30 minutes (60 minutes for M-Pesa Till or Paybill orders), and expired orders release their stock when the store next processes an order or order-status request. A payment that arrives after an order has expired is flagged for our staff to review.
